Returns & Exchanges

At BLACK DOG SHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
